1/4 spoon ground nutmeg

INGREDIENTS - STEAK SAUCE INGREDIENTS :

 1/2 onion
 2 tablespoons ketchup
 Sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoon barbeque sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
500 ml water
2 tablespoons margarine

HOW TO MAKE STEAK GRINDED BEEF BALLS: 

Mix ground meat, bread flour, salt, pepper, English soy sauce, nutmeg powder, egg whites and grated cheese.
Knead and shape so balls, for the size can be according to taste.
Sauté the meat balls with butter or margarine until they change color.
Then sauté the onion, put in the sauce and let it boil.
Put in the meatballs, pour in the water, cook until cooked through.

HOW TO MAKE A STEAK SAUCE OF BEEF GRINDED BALLS: 

Heat the margarine in a frying pan then sauté the onion slices until they smell good.
Add the sauce ingredients.

2. Egg Ground Beef Steak Steak Seasoning

MATERIALS – CYSTIC MATERIALS:

1/4 kg ground beef
Eggs 2 seeds
 3 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS – STEAK SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

Shallots (finely sliced) 8 pieces
Sweet soy sauce to taste
300 cc beef broth
Ground white pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Margarine 3 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Sweet soy sauce 5 tablespoons

HOW TO MAKE STEAKD BEEF EGGS: 

Mix the finely chopped meat with the eggs and give salt to add flavor then stir until evenly distributed.
Then grease the meat with the eggs and salt, place the dough in an anti-heat pan and oven until the steak becomes evenly cooked.

INGREDIENTS:

50 gr panir flour

1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Salt to taste

INGREDIENTS - STEAK SAUCE INGREDIENTS :

Margarine 1 tablespoon
Onions (long sliced)1/2 fruit
Tapioca flour (melt with 1 tablespoon water)1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Pepper powder1/4 tsp

HOW TO MAKE A STEAK: 

Mix all the ground meat steak ingredients, stirring until all the ingredients and seasonings are well mixed.
Then a flat round shape.
After that bake on a grill that has been smeared with margarine while occasionally smeared with a little steak sauce.

Shallots (thinly sliced) 2 grains
Tomatoes 5 tablespoons
Sweet soy sauce to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
Margarine 50 gr
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
Salt1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon flavoring
Red tomatoes (cut into pieces) 2 pieces
Enough water
